Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner, located in Bengaluru, India. The HR Business Partner will work to develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Primary responsibilities include providing guidance on employee relations, managing performance appraisal processes, and promoting an inclusive work culture. The role requires collaboration with team leads and leadership to strategically address workforce challenges and foster employee development.

✔️HRBP & Employee Engagement:

● Act as the primary HR point of contact for the US Sales team.

● Conduct regular People Connect sessions to understand employee morale,

concerns, and suggestions.

● Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to night-shift and sales

workforce dynamics.

● Support managers with HR guidance on workforce planning, team issues,

and motivation strategies.

✔️Grievance Handling & Employee Relations:

● Manage employee grievances with empathy, confidentiality, and timely

resolution.

● Work closely with senior HR and leadership on sensitive or escalated cases.

● Ensure a fair, transparent, and compliant approach to employee relations.

✔️Data Management & HR Operations:

● Maintain accurate employee records including personal data, performance

updates, attendance, leave records, and HR documents.

● Prepare monthly HR dashboards, reports, and MIS for leadership review.

● Partner with payroll and admin teams to ensure smooth processing of

employee-related operations.

✔️Exit & Offboarding Management:

● Handle end-to-end exit process including resignation acceptance, notice

period discussions, exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.

● Identify trends from exit feedback and share insights to reduce attrition.

● Coordinate knowledge-transfer and ensure smooth transition planning.

✔️Talent & Performance Support:

● Support the performance review process for the US sales team.

● Facilitate probation reviews, performance discussions, and documentation.

● Track KPIs and provide insights to managers to help improve team

performance.

✔️Compliance & Policy Implementation:

● Ensure adherence to company policies across shifts, especially around

attendance, discipline, workplace conduct, and safety.

● Guide employees on HR policies, benefits, leave structures, and processes.

● Ensure compliance with internal HR guidelines and statutory requirements.

✔️Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

● Work closely with Sales Leadership, Training, Admin, and HR teams to

ensure a seamless employee lifecycle.

● Partner with Recruitment teams to support manpower planning and

onboarding when required.

● Assist in implementing strategic HR initiatives for a growing US-region

business unit.
