Cult.fit is looking for an experienced HR professional to support the HR Business Partnering function through strong execution, coordination, and process management. This role is focused on enabling HRBPs and business teams by ensuring seamless delivery of core HR processes, effective data management,
HR SUPPORT
- Provide end-to-end support across employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, engagement coordination, and exit formalities
- Support Performance Management System (PMS) cycles through calendar management, tracker maintenance, follow-ups, and documentation
- Assist in HR calendar planning and execution (reviews, engagement initiatives, key HR programs)
- Support policy development and implementation by coordinating inputs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence
- Manage and maintain HR data, dashboards, and reports; assist in basic analysis to identify trends
- Coordinate and support Background Verification (BGV) processes, including vendor follow-ups and closure tracking
- Act as a process SPOC for select HR activities, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder communication
- Support HRBPs in employee engagement initiatives and communication rollouts
- Assist in compensation processes such as data collation for salary revisions, promotions, and job changes
- Ensure accuracy and upkeep of employee records and HR systems
- Work with managers and teams to ensure smooth resolution and tracking of employee queries and requests
Desired Background
- Graduate/Post Graduate (HR specialization preferred)
- 24 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Support / HR Generalist roles
- Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and process orientation
- Good working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
