HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Job Description

Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Purpose: The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, change management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and workforce needs.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design and workforce planning.

Talent Management

  • Support talent acquisition and onboarding activities.
  • Identify talent gaps and create succession planning strategies.
  • Drive learning and development initiatives to build employee capabilities.

Performance Management

  • Facilitate performance review and goal-setting processes.
  • Coach managers on performance improvement and employee development.
  • Support reward and recognition programs.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters.
  • Resolve employee concerns and workplace conflicts.
  • Promote employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.

Change Management

  • Support organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Drive communication and change management activities.
  • Help leaders manage change effectively within teams.

HR Metrics & Analytics

  • Analyze workforce data and HR metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational performance.
  • Monitor employee turnover, engagement, and productivity trends.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support policy development and implementation.
  • Conduct investigations and handle disciplinary matters when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a Business Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing complex HR issues.
