About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic HR Business Partner to support our collections & customer support teams. In this role, you will act as a key link between employees and leadership, driving initiatives focused on engagement, retention, performance, and development. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 23 years of HRBP experience who understands the culture and expectations of business, and can partner closely with leaders to enable people to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Quality teams to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Act as the first point of contact for all people-related matters across call center teams
- Coach managers on people management, performance, and team engagement
- Attrition & Workforce Management
- Track and analyze attrition trends (early attrition, regrettable losses, etc.)
- Design and implement retention strategies for frontline employees
- Support manpower planning, hiring alignment, and onboarding effectiveness
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for call center teams
- Drive grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management
- Conduct skip-level meetings, floor walks, and pulse checks regularly
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives suited for shift-based workforce
- Performance Management
- Support low performer management (PIPs, Warnings, coaching frameworks)
- Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and growth plans
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, attendance, and shift compliance
- Partner with payroll and HR ops for seamless execution
- Data & Analytics
- Track key HR metrics: attrition, absenteeism, shrinkage, engagement scores
- Use insights to recommend actionable interventions to business leaders
What We're Looking For
- 25 years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist roles (call center/BPO preferred)
- Strong understanding of high-volume workforce management
- Ability to handle employee relations and high-pressure situations
- Good analytical skills with comfort in HR dashboards and MIS
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinking with comfort in interpreting HR and attrition data.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to hold sensitive conversations.
- Proficiency in HR tools and Google Sheets / Excel.
