HRBP - Sales , Procurement & Inputs

We are looking for a dynamic Sales HRBP to partner with our Sales function and drive people strategies aligned with business goals. The role will closely work with Regional Sales Teams, enabling performance, capability building, and talent management across territories.

Partner with Sales Leadership to drive HR strategies across regions

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hiring to exit) for sales teams

Drive manpower planning & budgeting

Handle high-volume frontline hiring (SO/TSI/ASM roles)

Implement performance management (PMS) and productivity tracking

Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives

Support sales incentive plans & rollouts

Ensure HR compliance & policy adherence

Handle employee relations & grievance management

Support training & capability building for sales teams
