Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Conduct employee onboarding & induction to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Handle HR operations including employee database management, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Support performance management process and maintain appraisal records.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and support retention initiatives.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, and gratuity) maintain HR documentation.
  • Assist in policy implementation, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports & dashboards for management review.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide HR support across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Postgraduate in HR field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in the HR Generalist / HR Operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRIS tools preferred.
