Job Description

  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
  • Oversee and implement HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes to support employee growth and development.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities

The Successful Applicant

A successful AGM - HRBP should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 to 8 years of proven expertise in HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements..
  • Ability to manage performance appraisal and learning & development programs effectively.
  • Analytical skills to interpret HR data and make informed decisions.
