This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) located in Chennai. The HRBP will support strategic HR initiatives, implement HR policies, and build effective employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities will also include overseeing performance management, supporting organizational change initiatives, and partnering with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.

• Strong understanding of HR Policies and overall Human Resources (HR) practices
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and its application within organizational settings
• Experience in Performance Management processes, including goal-setting and performance appraisals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and strategy alignment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
• Experience in the corporate HR sector, preferably within industries like IT, Retail, or Manufacturing
