Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead HR Communications and Employer Branding, driving internal and external messaging, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives. This role will play a key part in shaping the organization's brand, employee experience, and communication strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and manage internal and external HR communications including leadership messaging, newsletters, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Drive employer branding initiatives through content creation, employee stories, and branding campaigns
- Spearhead employee engagement programs, including Diversity & Inclusion (BOLD), CSR, and cultural initiatives
- Plan and execute events and campaigns such as town halls, campus hiring, and leadership connects
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and external vendors/designers to develop presentations and branding assets
- Create impactful communication decks and collaterals for various organizational initiatives
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication strategy across all channels
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR Communications / Employer Branding / Internal Communications
- Strong skills in content creation, storytelling, and campaign management
- Experience in employee engagement, CSR, and diversity initiatives
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Creative mindset with strong execution and ownership
