As our HR Manager, you will be the architect of our workplace culture. You won't just process payrollyou will build the teams that fund the solar revolution. You will balance the structured requirements of a regulated financial institution with the fast-paced, innovative spirit of a green-tech startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Hiring: Build a pipeline of specialized talent, from Credit Risk Analysts and Solar platform tech Engineers to Fintech Sales Experts.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure 100% adherence to labor laws and RBI guidelines related to NBFC staffing and ethical conduct.
- Performance & Incentives: Design commission and bonus structures that motivate a high-performing sales and credit team while aligning with long-term sustainability goals.
- Culture & Values: Embed our Green Mission into the daily employee experience, ensuring every team member feels connected to our environmental impact.
- Learning & Development: Organize training on the latest tech developments and financial regulations to keep our workforce ahead of the curve.
- HR Tech Management: Implement and manage a lean HRIS (KEKA) to automate attendance, leave, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 4 years in HR, within an NBFC / Fintech OR Bank Only
- Education: MBA in HR or equivalent from a Tier II Management Institute / Executive Program from Premium Institute.
- Knowledge: Strong grip on HR processes / systems / Compliances and a working understanding of the financial services landscape.
- Mindset: You thrive in an ambiguity-to-order environment. You are comfortable being a department of one initially as we scale.
Compensation - Max - 15 Lacs (Non Negotiable)
