Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management cycles, and exit formalities.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Partner with Senior HRBPs to support employee engagement initiatives, communication rollouts, and HR programs.
- Assist in salary benchmarking, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Support annual compensation review cycles and incentive programs.
- Manage daily benefits administration, including health insurance enrolments.
- Support end-to-end performance management system (PMS) processes, including goal-setting, mid-cycle reviews, and year-end performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with HRBPs, managers, and employees to ensure timely completion of PMS milestones as per defined timelines.
- Provide operational support during goal calibration, performance reviews, and rating normalization discussions.
- Assist in maintaining and updating performance data in HRIS/PMS tools, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and update employee data in HRIS systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and generate reports for HR metrics and dashboards.
- Support data audits, system updates, and compliance requirements related to employee records.
- Analyze employee data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports on attrition, engagement scores, and performance metrics, etc.
