About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
HRBP Intern to join our team for a
6-month internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to
HR Business Partnering, HR operations, and administrative functions, including office and warehouse administration.
Interns who demonstrate strong performance, ownership, and alignment with business needs will be considered for a
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles.
- Coordinate interviews and assist in candidate onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Relations
- Assist in handling employee queries, complaints, and grievances.
- Support initiatives to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Performance Management
- Assist in appraisal processes, performance tracking, and feedback documentation.
Talent Development
- Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
HR Compliance & Payroll Support
- Assist in ensuring adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payroll inputs and documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Support daily office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Track office supplies and maintenance requirements.
Warehouse Administration
- Assist in basic warehouse administration, inventory coordination, and documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for smooth logistics support.
MIS & Reporting
- Maintain HR and admin records and update MIS reports regularly.
- Prepare periodic reports for management review.
Invoicing & Vendor Management
- Assist in invoicing coordination with finance and operations teams.
- Support vendor communication and service follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR (pursuing or completed) is a plus.
- 02 years of experience or strong interest in HR, Admin, or Operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office productivity tools.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance (preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
