About Rol

eWe are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support key people initiatives across performance management, HR operations, and people analytics. In this role, you will work closely with managers to drive employee productivity, assist in performance reviews, conduct structured employee connect sessions, and manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, and exits. You will also contribute to HR reporting, dashboards, and engagement initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth work environment. This opportunity is ideal for any recent graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Support managers in employee performance and productivity management.

• Assist in performance review discussions and follow-ups.

• Conduct structured 1:1 and skip-level meetings; prepare actionable reports.

• Handle basic employee grievances under supervision.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects (R&R, policy implementation, workforce planning).

• Track attendance, attrition, and key HR metrics; assist in MIS, dashboards, and people analytics.

• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for hiring requirements.

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding documentation and confirmation tracking.

• Assist in exit management, including conducting exit interviews, collecting feedback, analyzing attrition trends, and coordinating clearance processes.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes across teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (Final Year students or recent graduates preferred).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High ownership mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools preferred.
