What You'll Do:

Resolve employee grievances with care

Improve employee engagement & well-being

Ensure compliance with HR policies & labor laws

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years Experience in employee relations & grievance management

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Knowledge of HR policies

Note: Rotational shifts 24/7 and 5 days working with rotational week off
