HRBP (Ecommerce Industry)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HRBP (Ecommerce Industry) located in Noida. The HRBP will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and overseeing performance management processes. Daily tasks include consulting with line management, providing HR guidance, and working to improve the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficient in managing Employee Relations and understanding Labor and Employment Law
• Strong skills in Performance Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
