HRBP Consultant

Our client, a global leader in Electronics Manufacturing, is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Act as the HR Business Partner for the manufacturing unit, supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Drive and support key HR processes including workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
• Manage employee relations and address workforce concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyse HR data and workforce trends to provide actionable insights to business and plant leadership.
• Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support learning and development, employee engagement, and other people initiatives at the plant.
• Partner with leadership on change management and implementation of HR policies and processes

Skills Required

• 4–5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing/plant HR.
• Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
• Experience working as an HR Business Partner
• Strong understanding of manufacturing HR and workforce management.
• Experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
• Experience in employee relations, grievance handling, performance management, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Ability to partner effectively with plant leadership and business stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with recruitment partners, ITIs, training institutes, and campus sources.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
