Role Overview
Tookitaki is looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Bangalore, with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, to drive high-impact people initiatives.
This role goes beyond traditional HR. You will partner closely with business leaders to solve
organizational challenges while designing and managing competitive, fair, and scalable compensation and benefits programs. You will translate business needs into practical HR solutions, with a key focus on salary benchmarking, rewards strategy, incentive design, and benefits optimization. Alongside this, you will support the overall employee lifecycle - from onboarding to engagement and retention - ensuring a consistent and positive
employee experience. We're looking for someone who can combine data, market insights, and strong stakeholder management
to influence decisions and drive meaningful outcomes. Your work will directly impact employee
satisfaction, performance, and retention.

Requirements
● 6–10 years of HR experience, with proven impact as an HR Business Partner in high-growth environments
● Deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits, including market benchmarking, pay design, and rewards strategy
● Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leadership and shape people decisions
● Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to drive compensation and work force strategies
● Excellent stakeholder management, with confidence engaging and advising senior leaders
● Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex to pics
● Solution-oriented mindset with a track record of driving high-impact HR initiatives
● High ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
