Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead HR Communications and Employer Branding, driving internal and external messaging, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives. This role will play a key part in shaping the organization's brand, employee experience, and communication strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage internal and external HR communications including leadership messaging, newsletters, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Drive employer branding initiatives through content creation, employee stories, and branding campaigns
  • Spearhead employee engagement programs, including Diversity & Inclusion (BOLD), CSR, and cultural initiatives
  • Plan and execute events and campaigns such as town halls, campus hiring, and leadership connects
  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and external vendors/designers to develop presentations and branding assets
  • Create impactful communication decks and collaterals for various organizational initiatives
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication strategy across all channels

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR Communications / Employer Branding / Internal Communications
  • Strong skills in content creation, storytelling, and campaign management
  • Experience in employee engagement, CSR, and diversity initiatives
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Creative mindset with strong execution and ownership
