Job Description

Role Overview: This position is accountable for managing the lifecycle of Airtel's extended/contractual workforce across the country, comprising of associates who deliver critical value-added services such as network installation and retail sales etc.. The role requires strategic business partnering with a cohort of 8,000–12,000 associates PAN India, ensuring Airtel's position as the principal employer in this dynamic, evolving, and flexible ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Partner with business heads to proactively identify and address workforce requirements across geographies.
  • Independent Productivity Partnering: Act as an independent persona who can proactively partner with business leaders to drive workforce productivity in the most optimal manner.
  • Partner Ecosystem Management: Interface with staffing partners to fulfill open mandates and ensure seamless onboarding aligned with Airtel's functional requirements.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end associate lifecycle including onboarding, payroll, performance, grievance redressal, attrition management, and exit processes in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Design Thinking & Solutioning: Apply design thinking principles to co-create scalable solutions with business stakeholders, anticipating challenges and driving innovation in workforce management.
  • Grievance Handling: Address workforce grievances effectively, ensuring associate engagement and satisfaction.
  • Attrition Management: Monitor and address attrition trends within the extended workforce, implementing proactive retention strategies.

The ideal candidate will be independent, proactive, and able to strategically partner with business leaders to optimize workforce productivity, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and design scalable solutions for Airtel's extended workforce ecosystem.

Education Qualification

  • MBA in HR (Full-Time)

Total Experience

  • Prior exposure to partner ecosystem management is preferred, given its criticality in this role.
