1. Factory HR Management
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for the plant including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
- Partner with factory leadership to implement HR strategies that improve productivity, workforce stability, and shop floor morale.
- Manage time & attendance, payroll inputs, shift planning, and grievance handling.
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, ESIC, PF, etc.) and manage liaison with local authorities.
- Drive safety, health, and environment (SHE) awareness in collaboration with EHS teams.
2. Sales HR Business Partnering
- Partner with sales teams to understand business needs and design HR solutions for the field force.
- Support manpower planning, hiring, and capability building of the sales team.
- Implement performance management, succession planning, and engagement frameworks across sales territories.
- Manage end-to-end life cycle of off-roll and on-roll sales staff, ensuring retention and motivation of frontline employees.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the commercial teams.
3. Strategic HR Projects
- Actively contribute to HR transformation projects including digitization, talent pipeline, employee engagement and capability development
