Role Overview:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a key link between HR and business operations, supporting the alignment of people strategies with organizational goals. With a focus on employee onboarding and addressing employee concerns, the HRBP ensures a positive employee experience and smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding journey, addressing queries and facilitating introductions to teams and managers
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and queries, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and strengthen company culture
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving onboarding processes and employee experience
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs as required.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in onboarding and employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding tools is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
