About The Role

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team in India. This is a hands-on role covering recruitment, HR operations, employee support and day-to-day office administration. The role will be based in Pune and will work closely with the APAC HR team and local business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for India positions, including job posting, sourcing, interview coordination and offer administration.
  • Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background checks and onboarding.
  • Prepare employment letters and maintain employee records.
  • Coordinate new joiner induction and offboarding.

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
  • Support monthly payroll preparation and coordinate with the payroll vendor.
  • Coordinate statutory HR matters including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other applicable requirements with relevant vendors/partners.
  • Support employee benefits, insurance enrolment and claims administration.
  • Prepare HR reports and employee data when required.
  • Handle employee HR queries and escalate more complex matters to APAC HR.
  • Support implementation of company HR policies and processes in India.

Office & Administration

  • Manage day-to-day administration of the Pune office.
  • Coordinate with office, IT, insurance and other local vendors.
  • Support laptop/equipment issuance and asset records for employees.
  • Assist with travel, courier, documentation and other operational requirements.
  • Support local employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Handle other HR and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR operations/generalist experience in India.
  • Hands-on experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Basic working knowledge of Indian employment practices and statutory requirements such as PF and ESIC.
  • Experience coordinating payroll is preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently in a small/growing organisation.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good spoken and written English.

What We're Looking For

Someone who is hands-on, organised and willing to take ownership. As our India team grows, this person should be comfortable handling both HR and administrative work rather than operating within a narrowly defined HR function.
