HR Trainer - Recruitment and Operations

We are seeking a dedicated HR Trainer specializing in Recruitment and Operations for a full-time remote role. The candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for HR processes, enhancing employee skills, and providing strategic coaching in recruitment best practices. Duties include conducting training sessions, collaborating with teams to identify training needs, supporting talent development initiatives, and ensuring the organization's HR operations align with best practices.

• Proficiency in Training, Training & Development, and Coaching
• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), particularly in recruitment and operations
• Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal ability to convey concepts effectively
• Experience in employee engagement, talent development, and process improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely in a global team environment
• Proficiency in using HR systems and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
