Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an HR Trainer. The HR Trainer will design and deliver effective training sessions focused on human resources management topics. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, preparing training materials, coaching participants to enhance their skills, and evaluating training effectiveness. The position plays a key role in fostering professional development and supporting organization-wide employee growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development and Training techniques
• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) processes and principles
• Excellent Communication and Coaching skills
• Ability to assess needs and tailor training solutions to meet specific goals
• Experience in facilitating engaging workshops and mentoring participants
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field; certifications in training or coaching are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
