HR Trainee

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Trainee at our Bhopal office. The HR Trainee will assist in various Human Resources functions, including the implementation and management of HR policies, employee benefits coordination, and personnel management. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR management tasks and ensuring alignment with organizational goals while learning and growing in a supportive work environment.

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Skills in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
