Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive, based in Thane. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for executing HR operations, managing employee related Client Compliances, Labour & Employment Laws tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations to effectively manage organizational HR functions
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations practices to foster a positive workplace environment
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies to align with industry standards and compliance requirements
• A strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles to drive strategic HR initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
