Job Title: HR Trainee

Job Location: Vadodara (onsite)

Shift Timings: 12:00 Noon 9 P.M IST

Job Overview:As an HR Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from the initial offer to the exit process. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding:
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including welcome kits and orientation schedules.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees understand company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Assist with the completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation, including employment contracts and benefits enrollment.
  1. Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Assist in the management of employee benefits, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary resources and access are provided to new employees.
  • Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues and resolving workplace conflicts.
  1. Induction:
  • Develop and refine induction programs to ensure they meet the needs of new employees.
  • Schedule and coordinate induction sessions with relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback from new employees on their induction experience and suggest improvements.
  1. General HR Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

Education:Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:Internship or prior experience in HR is a plus but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
