About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and highly organized Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team at Instawork. In this role, you will get hands-on experience working on end-to-end recruitment, serving as the critical bridge between our hiring teams and prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Support the full recruitment lifecycle for various open positions.
- High-Volume Outreach: Source, screen, and make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Take ownership of lining up and scheduling interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams.
- Candidate Communication: Manage ongoing follow-ups, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, candidate statuses, and interview schedules.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and exceptional attention to detail (crucial for interview coordination).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Stipend: 15,000 per month
- Food Allowance: 200 per day
