Description:

Looking For Female HR- Tele callers around Nagawara Bangalore Location for IT Training and Placement Organization.

Qualification:

Any Degree with Good English communication can apply for this role.

Freshers 2025 Pass outs also Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Inbound / Outbound calls - from/to - candidates for job enquiry
• Sourcing candidates as per the requirements
• Day to Day Follow-ups- Explaining about our recruitment to the clients
• Build sustainable relationships and engage Students by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Conduct telephonic interviews to screen candidates for various job openings.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates who have tele calling experience / who know additional languages like Hindi, Kannada, Telugu or Tamil will give additional Preferences
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Problem-solving skills over the call
• High energy level
