Job Description

As an HR Technology Intern, you will be an integral part of our HR team, working on various projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR technology and its impact on organizational practices. You will collaborate with our team to identify areas where technology can enhance HR processes, and you'll have the chance to implement and evaluate these solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in HR technology research and analysis, identifying trends and best practices.
  • Support the implementation and testing of new HR technology tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to gather requirements and provide insights for technology-related projects.
  • Help in data collection, analysis, and reporting for HR-related metrics and KPIs.
  • Liaise with IT and other departments to ensure smooth integration of HR technology solutions.
  • Provide user acceptance testing and feedback on HR technology implementations.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for HR technology processes.
  • Support the HR team in any ad-hoc technology-related tasks and projects.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing sessions to enhance your understanding of HR technology.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program at TISS Mumbai.
  • A strong interest in HR and its technological applications is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR technology tools and systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technology-related tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and contributing.
  • Willingness to work in an unpaid field work capacity for a month.
