  • Establish a single source of truth for people metrics by merging data layers and creating a unified HR data model.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact analytics use-cases, leverage existing data pools to identify gaps, and build the right mechanisms enabling effective decision making.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical hypotheses and insight pathways.
  • Integrate data from multiple HR systems to create a single view of talent insights.
  • Create executive-ready insights presentations for CHRO, CXO, and business unit leaders, translating complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team on system design decisions that impact data availability and quality downstream.
  • Leverage statistical techniques, predictive models, and AI/ML approaches to surface trends, risks, and opportunities proactively.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of progressive experience, with 3-5 years in HR/talent analytics, HR operations, or HR business partnering.
  • Demonstrable experience in the IT services industry, with a deep understanding of its talent dynamics.
  • Proficiency in BI/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of scripting/statistical tools for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and HR tech ecosystems.
  • Ability to break down complex problems, translate analysis, and simplify data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a talent for clear, concise narratives.
  • Independent work ethic, with the ability to influence and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • High standards for data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • A passion for driving data-driven decision-making and a commitment to future-proofing the organization.
