Role Summary
Responsible for driving talent branding, internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives , including social media content, employee campaigns and corporate events.

Role Summary
Responsible for driving talent branding, internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives , including social media content, employee campaigns and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive talent/employer branding initiatives and social media content.
- Manage internal HR communications through email, Viva Engage, newsletters and other channels.
- Create engaging content around employee stories, culture, events and HR initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and corporate events.
- Emcee/host town halls and employee events – mandatory.
- Coordinate with HR, Recruitment and business stakeholders.
- Track communication/engagement reach and campaign effectiveness.
- Bring creative ideas and leverage digital/AI tools for content and communication.
- 5–7 years in Talent Branding / Employer Branding / Internal Communications / Employee Engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent public speaking & Emcee skills – mandatory
- Social media/content creation experience
- Event management experience
- Creative and proactive approach
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills
- Canva/digital content tools exposure
