Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, curious, and process-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about understanding structured hiring processes and building a strong talent pipeline. This internship is ideal for individuals eager to explore modern recruitment strategies, including the use of AI-based sourcing tools, screening workflows, and data-driven hiring.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end Talent Acquisition workflow.
  • How structured and process-oriented hiring works in a real environment.
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI tools for sourcing, screening, and candidate profiling.
  • Resume screening and candidate fitment assessment.
  • Collaboration with senior HR professionals on strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying candidates using traditional and AI-assisted sourcing methods.
  • Conduct resume screening and basic assessments.
  • Maintain structured candidate databases and talent pool trackers.
  • Support the HR team with coordination, follow-ups, and interview scheduling.
  • Experiment with AI tools for sourcing, filtering, and engaging with candidates.
  • Follow structured HR processes and contribute to workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes.
  • Curious about AI-driven recruitment tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
