Responsibilities
- End-to-end Talent Acquisition workflow.
- How structured and process-oriented hiring works in a real environment.
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline.
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools for sourcing, screening, and candidate profiling.
- Resume screening and candidate fitment assessment.
- Collaboration with senior HR professionals on strategic hiring initiatives.
- Assist in identifying candidates using traditional and AI-assisted sourcing methods.
- Conduct resume screening and basic assessments.
- Maintain structured candidate databases and talent pool trackers.
- Support the HR team with coordination, follow-ups, and interview scheduling.
- Experiment with AI tools for sourcing, filtering, and engaging with candidates.
- Follow structured HR processes and contribute to workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes.
- Curious about AI-driven recruitment tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
