Job Description

  • Understand job requirements, screening parameters, and client business upon receiving job information.
  • Source resumes from various online and offline tools.
  • Incorporate innovative ways of sourcing resumes for permanent staffing.
  • Screen resumes against job information and requirements.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding employer information and benefits, ensuring consent for processing resumes.
  • Conduct phone interviews and recommend suitable candidates to account managers.
  • Share vacancy details with candidates and follow up on acknowledgements.
  • Ensure delivery of quality resumes within set TAT (Turnaround Time).
  • Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and coordinate with clients and account managers.
  • Perform constant interview follow-ups and maintain rapport to ensure candidate attendance.
  • Conduct reference and background checks as required.
  • Follow up on documentation and offer negotiations until candidate joins, maintaining relationship post-joining.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports as per company requirements.
