We Are Hiring -- HR & Talent Acquisition Executive Clion Care

Ahmedabad Full-time | On-site | CTC: 3.6 -- 4.8 LPA | 2--3 Years Experience

About the Role

We are a multi-venture healthcare setup -- hair transplant clinics across Gujarat, a skin clinic, and an active product line. We are hiring an HR person who can run recruitment completely independently. No handholding. No founder involvement in rounds. You hire, you own the outcome.

If the person you placed does not work out, that is on you. That is the standard we are looking for.

What You Own

End to end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles -- from job post to joining

All interview rounds conducted by you. Shortlist, assess, decide, close.

Offer letters, appointment letters, onboarding documentation

HR policies and SOPs built from scratch as we scale

Recruitment tracker and HR MIS maintained without being asked

Who Fits

2--3 years of hands-on recruitment experience where you ran rounds independently

Hired diverse profiles -- clinical staff, coordinators, operations, admin

Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and working English

Active on Naukri and LinkedIn for sourcing

You take ownership of quality of hire. Not just filling positions.

Skills We Are Looking For

Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed for active sourcing

Able to assess candidate fitment, attitude, and role readiness independently -- not just screen on paper

Comfortable drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and basic HR documentation without templates

Capable of building HR policies and SOPs from scratch

Proficient in maintaining recruitment trackers and HR MIS on Google Sheets or Excel

Strong communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and working English -- written and spoken

Organised, direct, and fast -- you do not let pipelines go cold

Who This Is Not For

Someone who needs approval before every shortlist

Someone who has only sourced or scheduled but never assessed and closed

Freshers or candidates from pure back-office HR roles
