Role and Responsibilities:-
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/video) to evaluate candidate fitment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain an active database of qualified candidates and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Track recruitment metrics
Required Skills:-
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
