Job Description

HR -Talent Acquisition

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Jakkur, Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition candidate to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring for real estate or construction roles and a strong ability to partner with stakeholders to deliver quality talent within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

2. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications

3. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking

4. Handle hiring for roles across Sales, CRM, Engineering, Projects, and Corporate functions

5. Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fitment (technical & cultural)

6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders

7. Drive bulk hiring initiatives, walk-in drives, and campus recruitment (if required)

8. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards

9. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and employer branding

10. Negotiate offers and manage candidate closures effectively

11. Support onboarding process and ensure smooth joining experience

12. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

3. Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines

4. Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, MIS)

5. Knowledge of HR practices and hiring metrics

6. Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2. MBA HR (preferred)

Experience Requirements:

1. 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

2. Prior experience in real estate / construction hiring is preferred

3. Exposure to mid-level and bulk hiring is an added advantage
