Job Description

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in employer branding activities (social media posts, career page updates, etc.).
  • Communicate with candidates regarding application status and provide updates.
  • Participate in campus hiring drives and career fairs (if applicable).
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn/job portals is a plus.
