Job Summary
The Systems Specialist will be responsible for owning and managing multiple internal systems and tools used across the organization. This role will ensure systems are properly maintained, audited, updated, and supported throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding. The individual will also support system implementations, scheduling processes, and act as primary support for key productivity and collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
Systems Ownership & Administration:
- Own and manage various internal systems and applications, ensuring accuracy, security, and reliability.
- Perform regular system audits, updates, and access reviews.
- Maintain system documentation, processes, and controls.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Support employee onboarding by provisioning system access, tools, and permissions.
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring timely deactivation of access and compliance with security policies.
- Coordinate closely with HR, IT, and People Operations teams.
System Implementations & Improvements
- Support the implementation of new systems and tools, including testing, configuration, and rollout.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful adoption.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and process automation.
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Support scheduling needs and manage company-wide calendars.
- Provide administrative support for Outlook calendars and scheduling tools.
- Assist with meeting coordination across teams and time zones.
Application & Tool Support
Act as primary support for the following tools (or similar platforms):
- UKG Ready
- WorkRamp
- Gong
- Outlook
- Hello (or HelloSign / Hello-related tools, if applicable)
- Zoom
- Snapbar
Responsibilities Include
- User support and troubleshooting
- Access management
- Basic configuration and setup
- Vendor coordination as needed
Compliance & Auditing
- Support internal and external audits related to systems and access controls.
- Ensure systems are compliant with company policies and data protection standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in systems administration, HR systems, IT operations, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience supporting multiple SaaS tools and internal systems.
- Strong understanding of user access management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Experience with scheduling tools, calendars, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting HRIS, LMS, CRM, or enablement tools.
- Familiarity with audit processes and access controls.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary Range
- Fixed CTC: 12,00,000 - 13,00,000 INR

Work Environment
We offer a mix of remote and hybrid working. Remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Hybrid work is required for employees local to our offices. Where applicable
, hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. Please inquire for more details.

Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
