HR Specialist/Generalist
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and passionate HR Specialist to manage a range of HR functions, including employee leave & attendance management, training coordination, and HR operations. The role involves utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate, up-to-date and confidential employee information.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Manage end - end onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding experience including documentation and orientation
- Support employee insurance and benefits administration, and addressing related employee queries
- Manage leave, attendance, and employee records through the HRMS system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation while ensuring strict confidentiality of employee information
- Update and maintain HRMS records with employee lifecycle data
- Facilitate and support employee training and development initiatives
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR programs to promote a positive workplace culture
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor regulations
- Support end-to-end offboarding processes, including exit formalities, documentation, and clearances to ensure a smooth transition
- Support statutory compliance activities, including PF, PT, and related documentation
- Generate HR reports and maintain HR dashboards as required
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Experience working with HRMS platforms (preferably KEKA)
- Good understanding of end-end employee lifecycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of employment and labor laws
- Experience handling PF/PT and statutory compliance is preferred
