Job Description

We at Beebom are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Specialist – Talent & Operations to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and people processes across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can independently manage multiple HR functions, and is passionate about building strong people processes and employee experiences.

You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to support hiring, onboarding, HR operations, engagement initiatives, and organizational growth while helping shape a scalable HR foundation for the company.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations roles
  • Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
  • Experience working with hiring platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Hirist, etc.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, HR documentation, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Good understanding of HR processes, employee engagement, and workplace operations
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR reporting, dashboards, and trackers
  • Prior experience in startups, media, or fast-growing companies is a plus
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred, with a strong focus on tech hiring

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and candidate closure)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures
  • Drive onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience from joining to exit
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters etc
  • Handle HRMS management, employee database updates, and day-to-day HR operational processes
  • Coordinate background verification, insurance, and employee lifecycle administration
  • Conduct meaningful employee engagement activities and HR initiatives across the organization
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to improving HR workflows, systems, and operational efficiency
