Experience: 1–2 Years

Shift: Night Shift (EST) 6.30pm to 3.30am

What You'll Do

Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal roles (US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales, BDMs, etc.)

Screen and interview candidates

Manage onboarding and employee records

Support HR operations, employee engagement, and retention

Work closely with hiring managers

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree (any stream)

Good communication skills

Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

Interest in recruitment and HR operations

Familiarity with Naukri/LinkedIn is a plus
