As a HR Specialist, you'll provide end-to-end HR support across multiple geographies, with a mandatory focus on experience supporting the US and/or Canada region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee lifecycle activities (offers, contracts, onboarding, changes, and leavers)
- Handling queries and supporting managers and HR teams
- Maintaining accurate, audit-ready employee records and data
- Supporting payroll and HR systems administration
- Contributing to process improvements, system enhancements, and HR projects
