Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and system updates. Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance
  • Taking care of Background verification process of new employee
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing petty cash transactions and records
  • Vendor management
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Creating and managing reports to track and analyze HR operations data
  • Assisting with payroll, benefits administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, and other HR operations tasks
  • Providing guidance and support to the HR team and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and documents
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA or a similar ticketing and workflow management tool.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 35 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role.
  • Good understanding of HR best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS tools is an advantage.
