We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management or HR Service Delivery leader to review and validate the AI prompt for a major financial institution, ensuring it accurately reflects real-world internal service operations in a regulated banking environment.

The focus will be on validating how the ServiceNow AI agent handles IT and HR support processes, such as:

• IT Service Management: Incidents, requests, changes, and access management
• HR Service Delivery: Onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and payroll queries
• Compliance and Risk: Ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and financial institution data-handling requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Hands-on ServiceNow CSM/ITSM/HRSD experience
• Deep knowledge of enterprise banking operations and internal service workflows
• Experience in risk, compliance, and audit requirements within financial institutions
