What would you do Build and deliver custom recruiting reports using defined source systems; advise on reporting structures; create predictive analytics views where needed; deliver Talent Intelligence & Market Insights on agreed cadence; publish dashboards for recruiter/client use while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a strong and capable workforce. Filter applications using screening methodology to ensure the right skills are evaluated and the selected candidates have the right competencies to do the job. Ensure proper training of interviewers and conduct reference, certification and background checks.
What are we looking for Education: Graduate Degree Role Specific Experience into recruiting analytics/reporting (US exposure preferred) Relevant experience into reporting/analytics Advanced Excel / BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) Recruiting funnel metrics & definitions Data storytelling & stakeholder communication Market intelligence / competitive insights Must have US staffing experience along with the other mandatory skills.
- Meets the sourcing criteria & within the standard compensation bracket for the role; basic communication skills to be put through for written assessment.
- Needs to be nearer to the target on skill/knowledge required should be put on hold and considered again depending on the available pipeline to meet hiring targets.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create custom reports using source-of-truth systems; ensure data integrity and auditability.
- Provide advisory on reporting design, metrics definitions, and visualization standards.
- Develop predictive/diagnostic analytics views for recruiting performance and funnel health.
- Deliver Talent Intelligence & Market Insights on schedule; publish to centralized dashboards. Work Model & Shifts: WFO; US shift leadership coverage as per roster / overlap windows for stakeholder reviews.
