What would you do Provide high-volume administrative support for interviews, assessments, documentation follow-ups, manual data entry/updates, and training access coordination (where needed); ensure accurate records and SLA adherence on scheduling, assessment sends, and turnaround times. Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a strong and capable workforce. Filter applications using screening methodology to ensure the right skills are evaluated and the selected candidates have the right competencies to do the job. Ensure proper training of interviewers and conduct reference, certification and background checks.

What are we looking for Education: Graduate Degree Relevant experience into recruitment admin/coordinator experience and recruitment administration experience

  • Must have US staffing experience along with the other mandatory skills. Needs to meet the sourcing criteria & within the standard compensation bracket for the role; basic communication skills to be put through for written assessment. Must be nearer to the target on skill/knowledge required should be put on hold and considered again depending on the available pipeline to meet hiring targets. Needs to fit the role requirement but above the standard compensation offered should be referred to delivery/transition lead for decision. Interview scheduling & assessment coordination Data entry accuracy & documentation hygiene ATS/scheduling/assessment tools US recruiting support exposure Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Schedule interviews and reminders in manual-assist scenarios; coordinate logistics with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate online assessments and track completion; handle manual sends when required.
  • Follow up with candidates for documentation and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
  • Perform manual system updates for interviews/assessments and data entry from external systems.
  • Coordinate training access as needed. Work Model & Shifts: WFO; comfortable with US shift coverage as business requires; expectations to be set clearly during interviews., Any Graduation
