• US or Canada recruitment Experience is a Must have
• 2-5 yrs experience as a Recruitment SME
• ATS or ob boards or HCM Roles and Responsibilities:
• Must have professional experience working with large multinational companies or have experience with international operations and are responsible for the performance of duties
• SME will be responsible for performing day to day tasks per the recruitment process guidelines
• 1 Create approved requisition
• 2 Conduct internal sourcing and post requisition
• 3 Conduct external sourcing and mine existing talent pool
• 4 Conduct external sourcing and post job
• 5 Perform data mining for additional candidates
• 6 Support candidate intake application or expression of interest using electronic phone or paper methods
• 7 Develop list of candidates to be screened
• 8 Automated Candidate Screening and Assessment Interactive Voice Response IVR
• 9 Conduct hiring manager interaction
