What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Process incoming requests received through emails, Service Now or any other application. These requests include resolving and/or completing service requests and working collaboratively with the multiple teams to create or deliver the standard or Adhoc reports Design, develop, implement and manage business solutions within Workday s HCM Tracking Library focusing on the talent and performance management data and aspects of an organization.

What are we looking for

  • Should have good knowledge on EIS, Service Now Reporting
  • Should have good Excel & sound knowledge on Macros
  • Should be able to work with multiple teams
  • Understand the requesters requirement and provide the reports as requested with utmost quality and within time lines
  • Audit data reports for accuracy & make needed corrections
  • Respond to questions from client contacts/Teams Internally
  • Deliver team status report and quality tracking report to leads
  • Complete quality review of reports per original requests
  • Perform RCAs of various service issues highlighted by clients
  • Attend daily and monthly calls with client to provide an operational overview of the process Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
  • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
  • The decisions that you make would impact your own work
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts, Any Graduation
