What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Process incoming requests received through emails, Oracle or any other application. These requests include resolving and/or completing service requests and working collaboratively with the team members, HR & Payroll team. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for
- Process incoming service requests received through the Contact Center, Email or Web Portal
- Obtain sufficient information to research and complete the service requests for data correction, Key manual entries or answer query from client employees
- Manage workflow of cases effectively and take remedial action or escalate as necessary
- Provide information, advice and guidance to clients (individuals, managers, client HR, client representatives) in the relevant HR areas taking account of the confidential nature of the work area. Proactively manage cases through agreed process stages, with reference to clients policies and procedures, to drive effective and agreed early resolution
- Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.
- Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with LWI
- Manage client relationships to agreed satisfactory outcome of cases Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
- Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
- You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
- The decisions that you make would impact your own work
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
